• Terms up to 20 years.
• Interest only option available up to 2 years.
• Specialist Finance
• Foreign Currency Loans.
• Assist in refinancing of existings borrowings
• Assist in new business proposals.
• Arrange finance for start up business.
• Pension Mortgage
• Up to 20 year term.
• Repayments cover interest, pension to clear capital.
• Co. Director is limited to 50% of projected retirement fund.
• 60% for sole trader/partnership.
• Invoice Finance
• Ability to raise finance on trade debts of business.
• Up to 80% of trade debtors can be financed.
• Ideal for growing companies.
• Provides additional cash and solves cashflow problems.
• Does not tie up business assets.
• Gives company additional buying power to better negotiate supplier discounts.
