FDC Charity Fund: CUH Charity – Southern Region

Through generous payroll donations made to the FDC Charity Fund, the Southern Region nominated the CUH Charity to receive a €2000 donation.
FDC is committed to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world. Through our FDC Charity Fund, we support a range of charitable causes both locally, nationally and globally. Since our inauguration in 2005, we have donated over €420,000 to various charities, with a focus on supporting programmes that promote sustainable access to food, health and education.
Every member of staff who donates to the fund has the opportunity to nominate a charity of their choice each year to receive a donation.
Established in 2012, CUH (Cork University Hospital) Charity is the nominated charity of Cork University Hospital (CUH) and Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH). The charity works closely with the management team and healthcare experts at the hospitals to identify the hospital’s most pressing needs and provide financial support for all departments.
