FDC Group – CRO Annual Return Extension

Very welcome news this morning for many Irish companies and their accountants/agents from the Companies Registration Office that the Registrar of Companies is extending the current filing arrangements for companies with an annual return date of 30 September 2020 or later until 28 May 2021.
