Objective:- This learning experience guides you through the multi-faceted discipline of portfolio management by focusing on the related technical, leadership, and business skills required to navigate it in the real world.  The journey zooms in and out between governance context and specific operational activities. The ultimate goal is practical application, with the bonus of certification along the way.

This Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® Preparation Course focuses on core disciplines required to deliver strategic objectives. It includes a walk through the entire life cycle of a portfolio while facing the types of realistic challenges that are encountered in any strategic role. The course is designed to achieve the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® certification

Audience:- The course is designed for practitioners who use portfolio management and who are looking to validate their knowledge, skills, and experience. The certification requires 4 to 7 years of portfolio management experience and a minimum of 8 years of professional business experience. The course outcome with allow portfolio managers to be equipped with the concepts, tools, techniques, and motivation to transform the engine of their enterprise project management environment – a structured portfolio decision process

Duration:- 2 days with practice exams and exam-simulation exercises
