Effective project scheduling and time management are critical factors in the success or failure of a particular project. As a project scheduler you must balance scarce resources and deliver under strict deadlines in the face of ever-increasing customer expectations.

This course provides you with the skills required to schedule and deliver critical projects on time while helping you prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® certification.

Module 4: - Identify Risks
  • Developing work breakdown structures, (WBS) organisation breakdown structures (OBS), control accounts (CA) and work packages
  • Engaging and communicating with stakeholders
  • Defining activities and milestones
  • Scheduling techniques (including three-point estimate, parametric and analogous)
  • Sequencing activities and Incorporating internal, external and cross dependencies

Module 5: - Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis
  • Identifying critical and near-critical path(s) Techniques including Critical Path Method, Critical Chain, PERT and Monte Carlo simulations)
