FDC Charity Fund: Cycle Against Suicide Supported by FDC Financial Services Ltd.

FDC is committed to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world. FDC Financial Services Limited is proud to support Cycle Against Suicide via payroll donations made by Financial Services staff in 2024.
Cycle Against Suicide is a charity dedicated to raising awareness about suicide, making invaluable contributions to the public education surrounding mental health by shifting the narrative around suicide.
The charity centres its values around statistics and research indicating that along with the hundreds of people dying by suicide in Ireland each year, that thousands more contemplate it.
Cycle Against Suicide is dedicated to improving culture and building a that deconstructs the taboos around suicide and promotes seeking help.
With a ground roots approach, Cycle Against Suicide’s branches reach far into society into all segments of society. Ultimately, the charity strives to prevent suicide through support and education.
The charity has many ways you can get involved. You can support the charity financially via donations, volunteer your time, organise events in partnership or utilise one of their educational programmes.

FDC Financial Services is confident that their donation will be used in the most honourable and transparent of ways as Cycle Against Suicide aligns with the objectives listed below about all charitable donations:
All donations will be
- Handled with the highest level of accuracy and transparency and financial records will be kept to ensure accountability and tracking
- Applied to that purpose to which they were donated
- Acknowledged promptly, unless no acknowledgement is requested or insufficient contact details are provided
- Applied to the greatest advantage of developing awareness that ‘It is ok not to feel OK and it is absolutely OK to seek help, and for the general public education around the issues of mental health and the supports available.
- Subjected to an annual audit by a firm of independent Auditors and will be included in Cycle Against Suicide’s annual accounts filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
- Used solely to deliver Cycle Against Suicide’s mission and objectives.
Cycle Against Suicide has three primary goals:
1. Prevention of suicide
2. Support for those affected by it
3. Promotion of mental health as a critical part of overall wellness
